umm do you mean turbo system becuase if you mean just a turbo then you would have plenty of money to get a really good one. http://www.cheapturbo.com

14b based turbo kit will set you back about $500 if you can fabricate bends and know how to work a socket and a torch. Low 13's possible on stock internals.....1500lb ef hb w/ d16a6 homemade turbo kit almost done.....
