which valvesprings???

got a question for you guys.. im gonna be running a skunk2 stage 1 cam in my d16z6. gonna stick with stock retainers and keep my redline around 7500. can anyone reccomend good valvesprings to go with..im gonna drive the car kinda hard and probably like 500 miles a week, so its gonna get alot of use...i was thinkin crower, but i wanted to hear other peoples points of view.

would running this cam and stock rev limit on stock valvetrain significantly increase the wear on the stock springs? ive heard that u can run stock if u dont go past stock redline, but im gonna be puttin alot of miles on and i wanna be sure its okay..
