Why are Honda's/Acura's so bad luck?!?!?
I bought my perfect 95 milano red GSR with only 60K miles, for $7,500 on May 30th, not even 4 weeks later, June 25th, A lady in a Honda Odyssey T-boned me, and totaled my car, it was considered "unrepairable", it was 100% her fault, cause she was at a stop sign, and i was makein a left turn and she decided to go right into my side of the car as soon as i was infront of her, i was driving my siblings to camp, and my lil brother got a black eye from the accident, Insurance did give me $9,560.10 for my car, and she got a ticket, well now i'm lookin at a 97 black GSR w/57K miles, i just hope i have better luck with this one!
Stay away from Integra's. They're the devil. Within a year's time you'll have experienced all 7 deadly sins as a direct result of the car being in your possession.
Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity.
Envy is the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation.
Gluttony is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires.
Lust is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body.
Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as Wrath.
Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain.
Sloth is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work.

Some chick on a cell phone almost did that to me while I was turning left.
She had an explorer though.
I didn't mean to but somehow I drifted the rear of the car just enough so that she didn't hit me in the drivers side rear quarter panel. . . . There was a cop behind her at the intersection. That would have been an easy write-up. . . .

Yeah, the whole thing about bad luck, I feel you man! I used to have a E30 BMw, and my life was just great! Since I got my teg, I've been rear ended, keyed, and all sorts of small things in life just ain't going smooth. I think I want to go back to E30 again.
hmm... this sounds odd... cos I haven't been so lucky with my cars lately.
Well, starting a few years back. I was preparing for my wedding... One day, I parked my Integra and walked out of the car. I turned around and the door closed on me by itself. My finger got stuck in that door gap. And my finger was totally black under my finger nail. In my wedding day, everyone was wonder why my finger was black.
Fast forward to a few months ago. I was driving to lunch with my wife in her Accord in a nice saturday. Out of no where, a drunk driver popped out from the opposite lane. I just turned my car barely enough to avoid T-bone that sucker. I still took his rear end out. The loser went to jail, paid $7000 to fix my Accord. But my well kept Accord is never the same again.
Now, just a month ago. In a nice afternoon going out to lunch with my 2 aunts in my wife's Accord. I stopped at a red light looking at my rear view mirror. The Civic behind me looked real fast... except it looked real fast running into me. I moved up a couple feet hoping he could stop in time. But it was took late... I saw the loser looking at his passenger seat... when he put his head straight, it wasn't enough time to stop and he rear ended me. Luckily, I was really firm on my brake and didn't hit the guy in front.
So yeah... for some reason. My Honda and Acura are not that lucky.
