Bigger Injectors + VAFC = Good Idea?
Those of you who have read my recent posts know that I'm building up my B18C, and I got some new RC 270 injectors, because my tuner said I may have problems with the stock 240's running with the Skunk2 Stage 2 cams...
Is a VAFC really necessary? Or will it help tremendously and pay for itself some day? I don't really have the cash for one, but if need be, I'll scrape it together and get one...

Sure why not,the factory ecu can take 310cc i beleive. If you can get your self some obd-1 92-96 h22a injectors, they flow around 340cc's but are rated at 310cc.I got a chipped ecu and im running dsm 440's and a vafc.

i heard that stock ecu can handle up to 440cc injectors.
Also what is your setup and how much did you adjust your afc so that the 440cc would not run too rich?

on my d16z6 turbo i ran 440's it ran like total butt but still ran....
so maybe the stock ecu can handle it but it won't be pretty hehe
