HELP! 92 Civic CX, D15, car was bogging....

HELP! 92 Civic CX, D15, car was bogging....
Hey folks, my 92 cx was bogging earlier this afternoon and then the CEL came on, now I replaced the O2 Sensor, and it still is giving CEL! Also at full throttle the car starts to hesitate (hiccup). note this motor will only be in the car a month or so before I slap in a B16, but I need for it to run right now....
Did a complete tuneup, still bogging, car will barely stay on at idle, have not had a chance to check the CEL Code, what the heck could it be?????

how about you check that cel and then come back 
.....there should be a blue service plug by the ecu with 2 holes ...stick a paperclip in both of them and read how many blinks the cel blinks
