Default ls vs. gsr crank

i'm putting a motor togather right now and i'm not shure what crank to go with. i all ready have 12.5:1 pistons and i'm going to be running m25 ef-1 cams(310 duration, verry high reving power band).
i plan on reving it out to 9.5k~10k.

should i run the gsr crank for long lasting life(this is going in my daily driver, the streetable factor is no consern though).
or
should i run the ls crank for more torque but higher piston speed(less VE and less power band).

if i run the gsr crank i'll be running ef-1 rods. ~500 some thing grams(heavyer rods with big *** rod bolts for high rpm strength)
if i run the ls crank i'll be running probe light weight rods. ~ 400 some thing grams.

do you think the light weight rods will increase the maximum velocity of the rotational assimbly enough to rev out safely.

has any one changed there gsr crank for a ls and been pleased with the out come?

Probes are about 475 grams.

ef-1 H-beams are 525 grams.

Carrillo A beam GSR is 411 grams ($800)

Pick your poison.

Go GSR Crank if you have closer gear ratios, stick with the LS crank if you are not going with custom gearing.

so rocket, when your talking about gearing do you meen a longer stroke for longer gears. i'm thinking about the ats 4.9 final drive. from what i'v allways thought higher rev's and shorter gears was the way to go.

the carillo's sounded so good but when i called and they told me they where 195 per rod i figured 100 grams wasn't worth it.

looks like i'll still be buying your rod's on payday like the original plan.

did you ever find out if you have the gsr rods in stock?

thanks rocket, allways giving good advice.
