I tried installing my injectors today for my turbo setup. The clips fit perfect and the part that goes into the fuel rail fits good but the part that goes into the intake manifold is too big it seems. Are they just too big or is there something else I have to do....Thanks!

 

can i file them down??? help!!

That is exactly what I thought when I put my 440's in my prelude. The stock injectors didn't match my new ones, but I put them in the rail and started tightening them in. They sealed and I have never had a problem with them. My advice would be to do what I did and be cautions for leaks. just my two cents. santos

 

Ive heard that but the very tip witch is metal doesnt fit into the intake mani...should i gring it down a lil??

take off the oring at the tip of the Delphi.
it will then fit. same on my prelude. not meant for an oring at the tip.
