Default brighter taillight bulbs??

and if there is like a high output bulb (<---seen for headlights) is there any wiring upgrade needed?

also what about front & rear turns? and are the high output bulbs any good? (they are not the blue tinted ones)

There are certain standards for brightness when it comes to taillights, brake lights, and turn signals. That's why all cars use a standard 5W filament bulb for all running lights (tails, front and rear sidemarkers, parking lights) and a 21W filament for brake lights and turn signals. You should not need brighter bulbs.

Could be, go buy a new set of standard bulbs. Don't go for the super-bright bling bling APC bulbs.

no, no, no these aren't from the rice section at checker (said asile does exist) these are just like the regular bulbs only they say that is little brighter and whiter (having no reference to HID's)

no bling here, honestly

You might also check if your lenses have dirtied up -- no really..you might need to clean up the reflector with a little bit up polish or plastic cleaner - Team Integra had an article about cleaning the front headlight projectors and according to him made a huge difference (including before and after pics)

Just a thought - trying to help
