Default Valve Help, Go aftermarket.. or Swirl Polish Stock ones?

I jsut got my second Head in... it has perfect stock valves.. will swirl polishing them be effective enough on an all motor high compression GSR or should I just get another set of aftermarkets.. I had skunk2's but i trashed them.. Was thinkin Ferrara.. any suggestions or input would be appreciated.
i have the rest of the skunk2 valve train i am transfering from the old head.. but the valves were just too banged up.

just got the je pistons and eagle rods.. too as well as a few fuel upgrades
