They work.. I had them.. although i prefer forged.. since one of my itr pistons is now the size of a golf ball.. i think je will work better for me.. but yes they work and raise compression too

Dynamic ring seal is usually superior with Honda OE pistons than most aftermarket pistons except maybe CP (I need to verify this for myself though).

I am going to be going with CP pistons myself due to the good quality and good feed back on the product.

If I get JDM ITR pistons and a 2 layer headgasket in my 95 GSR, I can run daily driven on pump gas with no problems right? Also, would Toda B's benifit me much with this 11.7:1 cr setup assuming I have the valvetrain? Or would I benifit more HP with a smaller profile cam setup? Thanx fellas.

you should most likely benifit more with the specA's or skunk stage 1's

Well you will have to hone the block or bore if you get oversized ones. Oil consumption will be nil with OEM parts as long as the machine work is top notch.

get std. size jdm itr pistons for your GSR motor.
(the 11.6:1 / 11.7:1 compression is excellent for daily driving and less likely to go boom)
get new oem piston rings and just hone the cylinder walls.
you can even leave the motor in the engine bay and hone it right in there.

run skunk2 stage 1's or CTR cams.
get hondata and tune it tune it tune it.

fairly inexpensive but very potent and incredibly streetable. I speaketh frometh experienceth.

I highly agree with you Owen. It's like day and night with this set up. I to have this set up and I loved every bit of it but now I'm looking to sell this daily monster.
