Default stock valvatrain ok for boost?

would the stock valvetrain for a h22a be good enough for boost? i plan on runnin 18 psi. think it would hold up with 8.5 c/r? also, u think the stock sleeves would hold when tuned properly?

tuning will have a lot to do with how things run but if you plan on running 18psi then just upgrade the valvetrain. It would be to make the turbo run at 18psi but not upgrade the ins and outs of the intake and exhaust air. do it right the first time and there wont be a next time.
