RS Inner Door Handles

To remove the inner door handles on the GSR to replace with the RS ones, do you pluck it out or slide it? Mine wont budge, and yes I took the screw off...

Anyone?

you gotta pull on the door handle while pushing forward the part that's connected to the door switch
