I have a dent on my new DC sport header on top of the 4th tube, should I install or send back for a new set ?

 

how big/small is the dent, if its just a small dent caused by possibly being banged against something, i wouldnt really worry about it as it wont effect the flow of the header, but if its deep, send it back and demand a new/undamaged one

 

how big is the dent ....were is it located ..... got pics ?

 

i would try to see if you can get another one...especially if it's on the top of the tube, that would annoy me everytime i saw it!

 

you bought it brand new and it has a dent? if so, i would return it, because if you pay the money then you should get what you pay for.

 

It isnt that big of a dent. About size of a Quater. I just installed them and everything feels and sounds fine. I work for HONDA and had a tech look at it and said it should be ok. The Headers are BAD *** by the WAY. I can diffently tell the difference.

 

If i bought a header and it had a dent or a big ugly scratch in it i'd definitely send it back. You paid for a new item so why accept one that's damaged even if it is a small dent.

 

It's the first of many... deal with it.
