Installing OEM metal headgasket..any need for copper spray etc?

Ill be installing my new OEM headgasket tomorrow and I was wondering if I should use any kind of copper spray or somthing similar before I lay the gasket on the block or just clean the mating surfaces really good and just use the gasket? Any suggestions? Thanks!

A lot of people use the copper spray, and I've also used it. I think it will be good, because it stays tacky, and think it will help adhere better to the surfaces. But then again, I'm boosting

. And I haven't heard anything bad about it either.
