i remember someone in here running accord wheels on his ef. (one of the [626] guys, can't remember the name off hand). and i remember all he had to do was get them redrilled to fit. so it should work.

you can't re-drill rims to fit a certain lug pattern

what I think they did was get the ITR 4lug conversion which has the same lug pattern as accords and preludes. those look nice. wanna sell them?

Yes you can redrill rims. I have re drilled brake rotors on my car off of a Lude. You just have to make sure the holes are properly centered. Otherwise you will bounce down the road. I recomend having a machine shop that knows what they are doing do it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those Accord wheels are 4x114.3 (whereas Civic is 4x100).

Hey that looks fairly nice... how would you go about re-drilling it? I've never really heard about this being done. Do you have to weld up the exsesive space not used so that the rims doesn't move around too much?

I dont think you should do it. But if you wish you can go shop around. I'm guessing any RIMS repair shop could do it.

I wouldnt recommend you redrilling it. Yes it might fit perfect but i wouldnt trust it on high speeds.
I'm telling you this because i care about safety.. I know the rims shop wouldnt since they only wanna take your money.
