Ok, here's the thing. When I start up the car up in the morning it would idle at 1500rpm then slowing creeps down to 700rpm after like 4 minutes. Anytime i step on the gas and release it would drop to 500rpm and sometimes stall. It does this on the road too when I release the clutch from 4th & 5th gear it would drop faster than normal and right pass 700rpm sometimes stalling. I cleaned the IACV and it did that less now. THen I tried driving with the AC on and in every gear I release it would drop real fast and stall. I tried to change the timing today going throught the helms manual but the car would always stall when the IACV is disconnected. How do I raise the idle when it keeps stalling? Is there something else that might be wrong with my car?

 

would a belt change fix this problem? I'm thinking of changing the timing belt since it's making creeking noisings and it's been a while since i've done it. while my mech is at it i would ask him to check the timing.
