To those with ITR/CTR cams in a GS-R....
... would it be worth it for me to switch from my current AEM cam gears to Toda gears? My AEMs are set at +3 intake, -1 exhaust with no dyno tuning. If I did do the switch from AEM to Toda, should I keep that same setting or keep at 0,0? Thanks to all.

Hey Aaron! I think you should keep it set at the same settings since the the gears basically do the same thing. Only the brand name is different. If you like how it is set at your current setting, keep them the same. If you're worried about anything keep them at 0,0 and see how they feel. Then try them at your current setting and see if the butt dyno changes. Good luck!

Dang wouldn't you need to dyno those before you change the settins? Almost all cam gears the same just that some has more bolts to prevent slippage good luck.
