timing belt tensioner?

Default timing belt tensioner?

i have a h22 waiting to get put in but i have one problem, no tming belt tensioner. i was wondering if anyone knew if the tentioner from a f22a6 or a f22b1 would fit it becouse buying h23 tensioner parts is to cosley and if i can get around that i would like it alot. any help is good help. thanks

do want the manual H23 tensioner, cause that's your only hope besides the H22 once which is $$ and can be problematic. i don't see how the tensioners for a DOHC v. SOHC motor would be similar.
