Does anyone have info. on either thread sizes and/or part numbers for the adapters required to fit Autometer oil pressure and coolant temperature sending units in the D16 block (stock locations).

Any info. appreciated

Well for the oil you need a 1/8 npt to 1/8 bspt fitting. I suggest you don't have it hang off your block though. For the coolant you can just use the spot where the bleeder bolt is. Or you could just tap into one of the hose that the coolant runs threw.
