On the B18C1 are there any bolts I can use off the car to pull out the rocker shaft oil orifce squirters and actual rocker shafts?

If not, what are the thread pitch and bolt size do I need to buy? Helms isn't very helpful buy stating a 12mm bolt.

I have hella 12mm bolts, but only the head of the bolt is 12mm and the thread isn't correct or is way too small. Also of ALL the bolts I removed on my car to put my pistons in. Not one is small enough to pull the rocker oil orifce squirters out. Soooo anyone who could shine some light on this before I make a trip to home depot is greatly apreciated.
