Default need everyones thoughts on this

The other day i bought my mangers motor off of him (it's a ls w/ a gs-r tranny) the reason that i bought it was because i broke my act clutch and tranny got screwed up at the same time so he said i sell you the ls motor w/ everything and a gs-r tranny cause you need it more then i do so i was like ok,but now he's going to trade this guy a jdm type r conversion for a b20 block gs-r head ecu gs-r i think and a tranny so my manger wants to trade me the b20 block w/ the gs-r head for my ls motor. motor only not the gs-r tranny.so what should i do get the crvtec setup or the ls swap or ls/vtec? my goeals are to run 13's all motor oh yeah i drive a civic 98.What should i do?oh the reason he don't wanna keep the crvtecsetup is cause he's going to put in a hatch then just sell it so he said that i can have it for the same price.

CRV-TEC!!! Massive torque...get it done properly though. Then get a ITR tranny with LSD!

B20B. You won't regret it. Just be sure to get it done right. Is the motor built? ie. pistons? if not you might as well do that now while the motor is out. Stock bottom end and stock head is good, but you can increase the power by so much with new pistons. Your compression should be at 9.5 or so with the stock setup. Raise the compression to a minimum of 11 and you will cheese like a ***** phucka. Trust me. Build the head to if funds allow. Might I remind you, rebuilds are alot of money. it's not cheap. save up.
