I have a 92 Si and I suspect that the fuel pump relay is bad. Sometimes I have trouble starting the car and it doesn't appear to be getting fuel enough fuel. If i turn the key on in these cases I do not hear the relay come on and start the fuel pump and then click off. However under normal circumstances when everything is working fine and the car will start I can hear it click on every time i turn on the key. I pulled it out yesterday and I heard someone mention that some part of it can be resoldered to possibly allow it to work so I can drive it while I wait for a new one. Also it will allow me to identify that this is the problem without spending $50.00 on a new one. Does anyone know of a site that has any info on this, or can someone explain how to open up the brown exterior case so i can see the inner working of it. I need to get this thing apart so I can try to fix it lol.
