Default idle bounces from 800-1600

I've had this problem for 2 years now. Tried everything from checking for air in the coolant system to adjusting the timing and idle screw. just today I changed the EACV. It still bounces. Only does it when its warm and I can make it stop if I adjust the idle super low (500 rpm) lol in which case it will fluctuate around a lil then settle at 500. Its had a code 20 (ELD) for awhile now too but no ther codes any idea whats causing this? I hate a crappy idle!

check TPS voltage...below .45v closed and it will make idle bounce. idle will also jump if the idle is set too high with idle screw. try reseting idle using procedure from helms.
