Not a plug but my car in on a banner
This is not ment as a plug but while I was reading TheRaceSite.com I saw my car on the Lamin-X add. I was pretty happy about it
Jonathan,
I did reconnect the oil cooler because that thing is a must have down here in Florida. Without it, my car runs at 300+ degrees.
This year has been pretty good. Actually, it's been really good. After the school my brother did in Feb with my car, I've raced at double ECR at Morosso and the Daytona Enduro. At both events the has been really good and I've finally been able to concentrate on driving and not so much on the car. My co-driver and I manage to finish 3rd out of 12 ITA cars during the Daytona Enduro, my first podium finish
I think all my teeth'n racing problems are behind me (knock on wood!). I've recently have done some suspension work so I think the car will handle better. I'll find out here in August at Daytona again
Enough about me, how about yourself?

Hmm about me..
I havent done much until recently. Just finished installing a water temp guage, full exhaust, and lowering my seat. Besides that the car has been untouched since savannah and we are going to take it out this weekend to see what it can do. Trying to finish 35 laps under racing conditions or my SCCA licience is dead, Im not really too worried about it.. Primary goal is to have fun and not ball up the car!
Im pretty pumped... Im sure there will be lots of posts about it come sundat afternoon!
Cheers

Hows your bro BTW?

Glad to hear you are hitting the track again. Just remember, if you are not smiling every time you get out the car, you are doing something wrong. I least for me, it's all about having fun. Prep the car, check all the nuts and bolts, fluids etc and just tear it up
My brother has done pretty well too. It took so time to adjust from my CRX to his Miata. The biggest difference he had trouble getting over was the lack of power. But he loves that miata.
I can tell you is simply awesome going to an event having your brother right there with you. In his own car too.
