the topic is pretty much self explanatory. the window will go up and down without a problem, but the auto-down feature just stopped working and the switch feels significantly looser now. should i just take my door apart and see what the deal is or what should i do. thanks in advance

go to the dealer and cough up the $200 or so for a new switch, or live with your "broken" one and keep your cash.

did u recently take out your battery? i had to change a battery in a customer car and didnt hook up a memory saver before i changed the battery. he noticed when he was leaving the shop that his auto up-down window didnt work.
u can program it again to work if everything is ok. i had to do that for new hondas and acuras when they came off the truck.
