Where do you EK guys install resistor box for 450cc's???

Ive read all the posts and the hondata website and all that ish... but where is this plug for us EK guys and is it manageable to get to? I have a 99 B18C1 ina 96 ex with the ex harness.

ium referring to the distributor plug that ion some cars is up in the right hand corner of the engine bay by the master cylinder. Some people are saying that that plug is under the intake manifold for EKs but does anyone have a picture of it or exactly where to find it?
