Default FJO won't work on my car?

My car is currently up at Jeff's (Boosted Hybrid) shop. I bought a hondata 2b that we were going to install and he would tune it. We installed the injectors and fuel pump and everything was going good until he tried to use the wideband. The sensor he was using plugs into my engine harness where the stock sensor would go. There is continuity between the wires and the stock 02 sensor works. I know this because before I drove up there I had no 02 sensor for a while, causing a code. When I put a new one in and reset the ecu before I drove up the code was gone. Everything else works flawlessly, no codes or anything. However, I had an engine fire a few years back. Anything wire, plastic, rubber etc.. melted, and I replaced. I cut the under dash harness at the firewall and soldered a new one on, testing every single wire individually for continuity. Every wire had it. I had successfully repaired the harness, rather than getting an entire under dash harness from another car. The 02 sensor wires HAVE continuity. The FJO just refuses to read it. Jeff spoke to someone at Hondata and apparently on some of their test cars they experienced this same problem. Some cars just "dont work" with this wideband hookup so I'm not the only one. I'm at the point now where after all this time and money I can't tune and finish the car because of this problem. My next step is ripping out the harness that I soldered and throwing in an unsoldered one from a junkyard. But I figure if every wire has continuity, would this be the answer? I just don't know. Any suggestions?

yellow and black wires get 1k resistance btween them. the green and white are the only 2 that go into the harness from the wideband.

it should still work though. once in a while i plug mine in and it wont work with datalogging. only on the display for the fjo. i just restart my laptop and unplug-replug the o2. works everytime. just make you used the right wires on the wideband.
