H&R coilovers questions/opinoins

sorry guys, but i couldnt find anything in the search... anyone know the spring rates for the PCS and RSS versions? or the levels of adjustablity in dampening? how about the ease of use (like making the adjustments)? do they come w/ helper springs? etc, etc... whatever, post ur opinions if u have this setup... thanks

Vincent, I talked to a friend at H&R he said the PCS and RSS are NOT slated for development for the Type R at all this year.
