Tranny fluid for 1992 Lude Si?
Ok guys, go easy here. I picked up my "new" toy a couple of days ago. A 1992 Prelude Si. H23 5 speed. It had blown out CV boots and the joints were dry as can be, so I got me a set of new halfshafts. OK, dumbass me
doesn't drain the tranny before pulling the first shaft and I get what seems to be Automatic Tranny Fluid pouring out. I'm thinking that either the previous owner fugged up and poured ATF in there, or the Ludes take ATF in their manual trannies. Both my 92 and 98 CX civics used 10W30 Motor oil. Can somebody straighten this out for me? I'd really appreciate it.
TIA
