Default compresion test wows

Today i did a compression test on a H23 motor the numbers are 183 183 150 179.
The 150 is bad , besides from replacing the piston rings what other potions do i have. Can i adjust the valves ? i'm having the valve cover seal changed , timing belt , water pimp and balancing belt changed right now.

Still what do i do now ? besides getting a different motor or rings replaced

did you try a wet compresion test? if you do this then it will tell you almost positively that the rings are bad. If the number change when doing the wet test then the rings are bad, if not then its something else. possibly valves.
