Default I have a terrible problem! Ahhhhh car wont start

Since the last time I drove it, I installed B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator, MSD Ignition 6btm with boost retard, and front mount intercooler.

Today, I put the gas pedal to the floor, and the car started to sort of shake I guess, like it felt like i wasnt pressing on the acclerator in a pulsing motion, the car wasnt really speeding up like it would if under boost. It felt like it didnt want to speed up. It didnt make any funny noises really... This only happened when I went under boost. I'm probably running 6psi or so, I didnt really check. I just installed a new 21x9x3 core fmic today. Turned up the fuel delivery on the fuel pressure regulator also. The check engine light started BLINKING and I drove the car without going into boost all the way home (for safety reasons). When I was going up the hill, the car stalled out, I tried to start it and it BARELY started up. I don't really know what the problem is, but I'm sure I'll figure it out tomorrow. If any of you have experienced similar problems, let me know so I can fix this quicker!

I thought it might be running too rich or too lean... 3 of the plugs are just right, one looks lean. I did a compression test on all 3 misfiring cylinders and they were all good. Plugs were sparking fine, wires are good. Replaced the plugs with 1 heat range colder than factory rather than 2... didnt help at all. Misfiring like a bitch in cylinder 1, 2, and 3 (CEL flashing, reads 71, 72, 73). Removed my MSD ignition and the problem was still there. Checked the wiring in the distributor and was just fine. Checked the resistance in the injectors and all were fine. It starts cold just fine, but when it heats up it starts running like ****. I dont think it's the coolant temp sensor. The walbro fuel pump works fine...maybe the ignitor and coil are fucked up? I dont even know right now. I could try to replace the fuel pressure regulator but I'd rather not go out and buy all kinds of new parts right now.

What do you guys suggest? I just tried to start it up, it ran for like a second and died. I tried again and it started and idled at really really low rpms like 200 or something, i couldnt even rev it up the rpms were so low, and then it stalled. I just want it to run. Please let me know what I can do!

Since it's sparking... wouldnt that mean the problem is in the fuel system? That doesnt really explain the misfire though. I have the Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump. I just read the thread about the B&M Command Flo Fuel Pressure Regulator. I hear it will make your car run like **** if you have a new fuel pump. Should I replace it with the AEM/Aeromotive? Do you think i would fix the problem?
