Default Problem - CEL blinking, car bogging

Today, I put the gas pedal to the floor, and the car started to sort of shake I guess, like it felt like i wasnt pressing on the acclerator in a pulsing motion, the car wasnt really speeding up like it would if under boost. It felt like it didnt want to speed up. It didnt make any funny noises really... This only happened when I went under boost. I'm probably running 6psi or so, I didnt really check. I just installed a new 21x9x3 core fmic today. Turned up the fuel delivery on the fuel pressure regulator also. The check engine light started BLINKING and I drove the car without going into boost all the way home (for safety reasons). When I was going up the hill, the car stalled out, I tried to start it and it BARELY started up. I don't really know what the problem is, but I'm sure I'll figure it out tomorrow. If any of you have experienced similar problems, let me know so I can fix this quicker!

a blinking cel is caused by a misfire in one or more cylinders. Not a random misfire an actual dead hole. What I do to identify the culprit quickly is while the car is idling (usually roughly) I pull one spark plug wire at a time until I find the one that doesnt make a change in the idle. once you do that you and have found the dead cylinder you look for stuff like bad spark plug or wire or even a bad injector will cause this. Hope this helps.
