Default SSR type C's crew post `em here

I want to see some SSR type C's..

and tell me where you bought them! I can't find them anywhere, and tirerack.com doesn't carry the sizes I want.

Where can I buy the Japan version, not the US version?

cleanEG,

That looks great on your EG!

Where'd you get them from? I thought the gummetal's with the polished lip were only sold here?

These came in from Japan with some JDM engines, front clips and the like. I waited about 3-4 months to get them. If you need to import wheels in, check with http://www.wheelchoice.com ...they can get them. You cant go wrong with a forged 8.8lb wheel in 15x6.5. Thanks for the compliments!

BTW.... You are right.. the "Competition" is sold in the US and the bronze wheel is available for subaru only in 17". The white ones are Japan spec only....

The Competition is the same thing, just different color. I've seen the gold ones on Hondas, and I know a member on here has them on his EF.

Are you sure they are real SSR's....from what I have gathered from Tire Rack...the only ones available in the US are the "Competitions" or the bronze type C's in 17" with subaru bolt patterns....they may have released the bronze for all bolt patterns now...but not sure ... nice wheels btw..

Am I sure what are real SSRs? The gold ones? Yeah I'm sure. One of the guys in Japan had them on his 4th Gen hatch (might be CRX though, can't remember).

Thanks for the compliment

The real Type C's are all gold, even the lips. The fake ones have a polished lip.

I'll buy engine mods with the money, but would definitely like a new set of wheels. Just not sure what kind

Type-Cs do not have polished lips.

The US edition Competitions do.
