I've got a 92 Accord and it has 175K miles on it. I've had the following problem 4 or 5 times in the last two years. I'll go to start the car, and it just won't start. It turns, but it just won't start. So, I'll let it sit for a few hours, and it will start right up. I'll go months without that problem again, and suddenly it will be back. Same thing happens - no start, let it sit for a few hours, starts right up. I know it sounds like a flooding issue but the gas will not have been touched for hours - no opportunity to flood it.

Any ideas? Thanks a bunch for the help!

it could be a faulty ignition switch. there was a recall recently on it. you should go to http://www.honda.com and register on owner-link, to see if your car is involved in the recall.

 

its the main relay just go to a Honda dealership and buy one its like 40 bucks if you do a search you can find out how to do it yourself its easy to do
