Default Any good tips on removing balancer shaft bearings?

Im in the process of eleminating my balacer shaft bearings on my build cause I dont want to use the shafts. Im trying to remove them and put them back in to block off the oil holes. I keep tappin but no movement beaing keeps tearing up.

anyone who has tried this mod? Should I just go buy some JB weld and seal up the holes on the bearings?

you can also try this.....i did this with my block but have not ran it yet,so its at your own risk.if the block is all disassembled, look down the oil ports that lead to the counter balance shaft bearings...That hole that leads to them can be tapped with a 3/8-16 tap.i tapped all six and pluged them up with set screws.Wish i had pics, but its very simple.you got five big bearings on the block and one that leads to the oil pump housing to lube the one small one.Wish i had pics, but if you look and examine the block, youll see what i mean.
