I just wanted to know if Im going to be seeing any ITR at e-town except for mine , im just wondering if any other ITR's are going????

i don't like to discourage anyone from doing anything, but this is one of those preventative measures types of things.

itr's in the tri-state area are not safe by any means. thieves goto to etown all the time to hunt for cars or follow them home. whatever it takes.

i'd really recommend both of you to leave the cars at home. i know it sucks but what can you do when your car is the biggest thief magnet in the area.

 

It's sad to say, but bgod is right. If you guys do bring your Rs, I'd stand next to them at all times. I wouldn't tell people about mods, pop hood, etc. Be very careful of people/theives following you when leaving the track.
I've been turned off from E-town this year. Too many ricers and the constant paranoia of someone stealing your ****..

 

I don't like to think like that. Although both of you state 2 very strong points, i still think we should be able to drive our cars where ever the hell we want to. Even with theives watching...Just becareful who you talk to, don't go there w/ plates on, and hide your vin tags. Also, on the way home, just watch your back. I know this sounds like a pain in the ***, but i love my car and i love driving it. I've been going to e-town for a while now, and i'm 99% sure that i have been target before. With the proper precautions, you can drive your ITR where ever you wish. This EXCLUDES malls, movie theatres, and anywhere you can't see it If i can't see my car, i won't take it. Oh, and im not discouraged at all..i'll see you guys august 2nd at E-TOWN

I'll be there, I don't have a choice since I'm competiting in the Super Challenge.
I think it will better off if you guys participate in something so you will be always with your car instead of walking around. Also, bring some friends with you to look around.

Once I get there, I will take off my license plates, and tape over my registrations.

I won't have my car back from the cage builder, so if I could co-drive your car that would be fun. If not, it is no biggie.

 

I go all the time. But I never leave my car in the lot, I always compete(so Im with the car and its less accessible to browsing thieves), and remove license plates and cover up the registration with duck tape haha. Price you gotta pay for owning such a fine automobile
