Default SE-37 info (pics, weight)...

Wondering if anyone has pics of SE37's on a PY ITR.

Also looking to find out the weight of the 17's and if they come in 16's how much do those weigh?

Thanks,
Jon

I don't think the SE-37's come in the 16" size. If they do, I'm ALL OVER THEM! They're, in my humble opinion, the best looking rims on the market. 17" is kinda big though.

I personally like the BBS style rim; it is very agressive looking!

Yellow Blur,

Thanks for the pic (I have that one, cuz I LOVE the mugen front).

I am actually wondering, do the wheels come in silver or gunmetal? If so, anyone have pics of those (preferably on an R)?

Thanks,
Jon

straight from the volk website. i've actually only seen them in real life in black. so i dunno, color options might making it more difficult to get.

se-37k's come in bronze and black only. I'm assuming you can get them powder coated by Volk for whatever their asking price is. (like 30 bucks a wheel?) Smallest size they come in is 16x7. I was gunna get a set for my Si-bus until I scored a set of ce-28n's *cough*8lbs*cough*

yes they do make se-37's in 16 inch. they make it for many 4 and 5 lug applications and the itr is one of them. the only problem is that mackin industries did not bring them over. you can still order them through a volk dealer it will just take 3 months to get them. i tried and waited, but i couldn't wait any longer. 2 months was too much for me.

Dood, you got the CE28N's! I've had some on order since I can't remember! Well, I should say they are going to be gunmetal, so that may take a little while longer. Gotta love Makin Sweet rims, did you weigh them on a UPS scale or simular? Do you have more pics? You can send them via my e-mail

i bought them used off of a friend off the Hybrid Board. I remember you posting you had the gunmetals on order before I even considered buying them like 4-5 weeks ago. i only have a few other pics at http://civicsi.b16a.com/car/volk_ce28n/ I haven't weighed them myself personally. The guy I bought them from did an unscientific test by weighing it on a bath scale. here are the pics of the ce28n (15x7) on the bathscale vs. a rugmuncher evo (15x6.5)

just under 30 pounds for the ce28n

just under 30 pounds for the evo which is slightly smaller.

I'm making the assumption that 195/55 avs-i weigh 20 lbs - give or take. so both wheels weigh in at 8 lbs.

Your the guy from PV!! Unless there are a couple I have heard about you. These questions will help me determine who you are: Do you have a PY ITR? Did you need someone to drive your car home from Peyton Cramer because you didnt know how to drive stick when you first got your R? Do you have beef with some people from Marymount College (a guy in a blue S4 to be exact named Veer, or his friends?). All i know is there is a guy with a Type-R in PV who they hate, hehe, and they always **** talk him for some reason. I go to school with these guys. I dont have anything against the person, but... they do, and its obvious

Orrrr you could be another person I am thinking of who had Jon Martin at PC Acura install a JUN III setup?

Thanks,
Jon

What kind of local trouble? You mean problems with other kids?

Do you have a JUN setup?
