cam gears wobbling??
while looking at my cam gear bolts (the bolt holding the cam gear to the camshaft right down the center) while the car is idling (700-750rpm), they appear to be wobbling or not centered?? is this normal?? thanks.
Some Bolt heads are not perfectly centered, which will give a off center or wobble look when running. It wil not ruin the motor, unless you have a defective cam, crank, or if someone impacted them on for you than it might. Try a couple diffrent bolts and see if it straitens out.
buddy, i think thatz not normal.
the cam gear bolts should be centered or even spread out or
its gonna spin uneven - spinning down faster then spinning up (inertia).
please correct me if im wrong cuz im not sure.

Ok, I'm wrong, all bolts in this world are machined perfectlly. So everyone better go out and check to see if there bolts are spinning nice and strait on there cams...
