spring rates
i've got koni yellows and gc's with integra rates. these obviously arent stiff enough. i was wondering what spring rates you guys got. im planning to do club racing soon but i will still be autoX for a while. i am also planing to do a B18C5 swap. does that affect what rates i should get??
Not sure what you mean by "Integra rates". Stock springs, the springs they sell as lowering springs, or what? More specifics on car, tires, and prep level would help too. Depending on what you are doing, anywhere from 400-1000lbs/in in front and the same range for the back.

Maybe its late or maybe Im just wiped out from the last couple days but are we talking autox here or track racing?
I went with 330f/400r per .RJ suggestion and all I can say is wow. Car rides better than ever and responded very nice in the first autox race with the new setup.
BTW I have a b18cr swap in a 93 Civic Si. and these are like magical spring rate numbers imo.
