Rec. spring rates for a 425whp street/strip Integra.
My friend has a 425whp Integra that is street driven and taken the the track every now and then. He is looking at Ground control coilovers to go with his Koni Yellow's. What spring rates should he choose that would help with the power, but still be comforable. TIA

if you can afford it, you can order special springs from GC/eibach and get 1000 lb spring for drag racing only... that is on the rear of course.

The ride would be horrible with springs that stiff. He wants someting to still be comfortable, so id say something like 450-600.

I agree I have this setup on my teg and its perfect. Could be stiffer in the rear when at the track, but daily driving and handling are perfect with the 450-600..
