Frankly, I think you're both being a little harsh. You're new avatar makes you not much better than Seprioth64. But he definitely went off the deepend. You have the excuse of at least being pissed because you got nailed, but you know you kind of earned it . I really don't think you're gonna get a criminal charge on this, man. I really thimk they'll drop down the charges, especially once you get to a judge and explain your side. He'll be lenient if you have no priors.

With regards to the cops comment by others, cops don't suck, they are trying to nail street racers and frankly I am rooting for them. Street racers are the reasons cops are the way they are now, being dicks to guys driving modded imports. The cops that suck are the ones that nail you just for having a modified car and 'assume' your a street racer. In Toronto right now the cops actually have a modded Civic geared up in police colors and lights and are trying to educate their own in realizing that not every import driver is a street racer. We need to do our part too and show cops a little respect, then perhaps the heat will come off people just trying to enjoy their hobby like you or me, or a lot of the people on this board.

You're not accomplishing **** by that avatar. You should get rid of it.... NOW.
