Compression calculator:

Why would you run a Skunk2 ECU?

wouldn't your new pistons meet your valves that way?

First I would buy a GSR engine.

Then a 98 + spec ITR gearbox

then think about what it might be lacking other than alot of very expensive Toda engine parts

i might try a civic tranny for its closer ratio and id try a jun or muge ecu and instead of a skunk 2 manifold id try a type r integra manifold. but im a nobody mixed in with a few somebodys so get several opinions.

not enough deck height on the b16a block to use the 89mm crank ... you're confusing it with a b16b block which has the same deck height as a b18c block ... will clear an 87.2mm crank and itr/gsr rods.

also b16a n/a monster would be an 86mm sleeved/bored b16a block with an 8.4cc dome piston ... what you listed is a crappy rod/stroke ratio motor that wont rev too high reliable (even if you found the correct rods to use an 89mm crank).
