Default Just Installed my Altezza Lights on my Accord 2000 Coupe... BUT

Some of you guys might remember me from a few weeks ago when I was asking questions about which kind of rear lights to buy (Altezza or clear). Anyway, I eventually got Altezza lights and I took everyone's advice to install them myself. It really wasn't that hard as people stated it wouldn't, but I've run into an unexpected problem. You know how you pull out your light bulb holder from your old stock lights and place them back into the new Altezza lights? Well, they won't fit into my new Altezza lights so they are just kinda hanging loose over there (the light bulbs that is if I lost you guys . )

So what should I do????? Is this a normal problem with after market items? I was thinking about taping the holder so the lights won't drop off. Yet I was afraid of the heat killing the tape. It's the same for both lights so I thought that it wasn't the products problem. Can somebody give me some advice? I don't want to start a fire in my truck!!!

Ok...... I'm embarassed to say this... but this person who's been helping with my lights since the start (gnc30 or something.. sorry, never got to see your name clearly in those instant msgs) suggested that i try again since he's been successful after a couple tries... so i go back to my car.. try again.. doesn't work.. i switch the lights around.. and... eh.. it worked... man.. i really need to start getting more experience on this stuff... sorry guys for the !!!!!!!. I guess I should just quietly go to my corner and think about what I should do for my second mod. Thanks guys, esp gnc...

Oh.. it's gns30.. he's cool

haha.. I just got informed on what "rice" meant. Thing is.. I installed these altezzas cuz there are three exact same stock accords parked outside my apartment.. I go out for work in the morning and I need to check which accord flashes when I deactivate the security... i've found that extremely annoying..

I think it was never meant to happen ...IMO altezzas look ricey, but if you want them thats your choice.

Now just get a set of LED windshield washers, and have them blink when you adtivate/deactivate the alarm.
