<<<garrett gt25 320hp>>>
ive been searching for turbos all day and finally i found a resonably priced garrett gt 25 turbo for around $1000.00 ..my question is...
is it worth is to get a ball bearing turbo for a mild street set up?(20-300hp on b18b)
next question is do all gt series turbos have intregal wastegates?
anyone have any experience w/ gt series turbos..any opinons? thank you all for you replies...

Hey,
Yep, I've used the Garrettt Rollerbearing turbos before bud. The internal wastegated ones are the GT25 range. Once u go above the GT25 range, ie GT30, they become externally gated.
I've used one of these on my ITR before, and now its on a h22a lude. They spool fast, reliable and work well with high revving motors. I reckon they are worth the money.

I'm running a hks 2835 R turbo and ballbearing is the bomb
this turbo spools fast , i make max power at 5500 rpm and carry it all the way to 8500. it will make over 400 whp...... with built motor and fuel..... the 2835 has the option of an external wastegate..... i know because i use one.....

some shops are selling T25/T28 ball bearing and call it a GT25, i have GT25 GT25R GT30 and the famous T25/T28 bb turbo in stock and let me tell there not the same, the wheel is so small compare to the real GT turbo. 1380$US for the real GT25.
the shop i saw it being sold at was one from australia...and it says its a real gt25...but hey what prices are the other turbos youre selling(gt25r, gt30 etc)? maybe some people could get down on a group buy price or something
