anyone here about this race that takes place in EUROPE? I didn't even know about it till I watched JACKASS this past weekend.
What cought my eye was they showed this rather large white guy driving a mercedes....he's known as KIMBLE and I dunno if any of you know who he is...but he's one hellava rich ****. If you go check out his site, you'll see what I'm talkin about. He totally reminds me of Benny Hill and Tom Leykis smooshed together! hehe..

He was a big time computer hacker (and probably still is), but now runs a security organization....

anyways...I just so happened to check his site out today and whaddya know...he was part of the GUMBALL 3000 race...

the current issue of EVO has a very entertaining article about this year's gumball

The gumball 3000 is made to look like the old cannonball runs..here and yes they where real..not just movies..made up.

Also there people that where not rich in there but it does help to have cash. There where WRX's part of it and I don't call that very rich. Driving around 150mph all the time is abit crazy in traffic but oh well.

I guess being rich isn't bad if your doing that. Damon Hill was in it with his lambo diablo but he only goto the end of the UK before he change his mind..could've been the police that changed his mind.

The Real Cananball Run record from NY to LA is 17 hours in a Ferrari Daytona......Know it is known as One Lap of America and is all Track driving. My father met the guy that drove the Ferrari and said he was nuts.
