Default tighten suspension under load? Or not

Hey, I just threw a full gsr suspension/brakes on my eh civic. Should I put the suspension under load before I tourqe all the bolts down? Like on the LCAs and whatnot, someone was telling me the car should be on the ground before I tourqe them to spec. Thanks guys

i've never done that and never had a problem.

you can use a jack to load your suspension by jacking up the hub if you wish.

Yeah thats exactly what I did, I simulated load with the jack. I just want to make sure before I go pop down $60 bux on an alignment.
