I would like to know what rod is stronger between crower and pauter and which one is better.

 

Pauter looks like a stronger design..

you must be ready to make 700+hp if you asking questions like that

 

Pauter Just waiting for mine to get finished.

I like Pauter as well but Crower makes a nice rod. I'm still waiting for my Pauter rods to come It's the last piece to my puzzel.

We switched to Pauter because of the good results posted by Tony1 at Jotech. Never broke a Crower but the pin bushings wear out after about 25 passes on our race motors.

i an 15mim away from ther shop

 

i beg to differ also , i have a had crower's bend well into the 700's. have never ever had a problem with the pauter's. never.

 

Pauters They held up better than my Golden Eagle junk block

 

i have some pauter that have a bend in them!!!!!you like them thats good enuff for me.

 

How do Manley rods compare to either?

 

I "heard" they are good rods but I have yet to see them in a motor locally.

 

I would like to know how the manley rods compare. Especially with regards to wrist pin bushing wear.

I have a couple crowers that are in two pieces

 

i have 1 pauter that the small end top came off???!!!

 

miss the tune up???????????????

Obviously both are very strong parts, can't go wrong with either.
