Turbo vs. RSX
should i keep my base RSX (which does low 16's!!! jealous?) which has high bling factor, or should i upgrade my 95 civic w a turbo b18b?
oh and by the way anyone up in her have a turbo'd car for longer than a bloody year? everyone seems to have only had a turbo'd car for like a couple of months...

turbocharge both! the 2.0 liter RSX woo hoo with the Greddy Kit....i'm sure it'll pull some great numbers..... and the B18B with a much more powerful custom setup...that is if your mister money bags!

Turbo your B18B... It handles boost like its nothing with good tuning. Mine has been put through tons of daily abuse (4-5th gear pulls) and it is still in excellent shape after like 6 months. It's all about your tuning, get some real engine management and it will last... don't get an FMU
mine is nearing 2 years. honestly most people i know and myself included haven't had any cars for more than 2-3 years, boosted or not. we just like to sell our cars after we're done and start building something new
E Swift..yeah im tired of losing in my rsx. Reasons im against keeping it are the insurance is outrageous, its more of a "show" then "go" car and im more of a "go" then "show" kinda guy..
besides modding it is making me bankrupt..and if i turbo it their goes the warranty down the toilet
plus i keep seeing videos of civics beating vipers...i want that to be me!!!!(instead of losing to a corrola in my rsx)

Well, if you turbo a civic or integra or whatever, keep in mind that its not cheap. Plus, its not going to be as reliable as an RSX or whatever. BUT, you will love the looks on driver's faces when you walk away from them with ease.
This depends on your financial status but here are my suggestion
1) sell the rsx, buy a prelude/integra for daily driver and then turbo your 95 civic
2) sell the rsx buy an eg hatch go all out and keep civic as daily driver
3) sell the rsx buy an integra turbo that and keep civic as daily driver.
these options vary depedning on $, time, your goals, ect...
Option 3 is my favorite but im biased because i have a teg, but if you want to be the "fast guy" i would suggest a lighter wieght candidate crx/hatch turbo.
Also ask yourself if i am going to own two cars do i want my daily driver or my race car to be nicer? Maybe that will help you
