Default Is my braking power too much??

I have a '90 DX Hatchback. I swapped in integra gsr front calipers, rotors, hubs, and rear integra LS calipers, rotors, hubs. I also swapped in the integra LS brake booster, master cylinder, and porportioning valve. Is this gonna be too much braking power? I bled the brakes and all, and the brakes are kinda still grabbing the rotor. The brakes have been sitting for awhile, about a year, and the car isnt running yet, so I havent got a chance to test them out. Do you think they will free up some? Is there anything I swhould watch out for with this setup? I am a newb when it comes to this car, and I really couldnt find anything helpful in the searches.

Normal. You will have slowed the car down quite a bit due to the weight, but the brakes should be fine.
