I have a 92 accord and i am putting a 93-96 JDM H22 in it. The distributor on the accord was external coil and the h22 is internal coil. What do i have to do to make it work. I ordered a cap and rotor for a 93-96 prelude si. Is it going to work, do i need a different one? Any info will help. Also if anyone has any info on the swap in general. The motor is dropping in on monday.

 

all the h22a are internal coil. the good thing is that all the usdm distributors are external coils. maybe all you need to do is buy a usdm one.
